Thermal Mass & Air Indoor Quality

Bricks have a high thermal mass. This ability to absorb and store heat energy means that they can delay and reduce temperature changes within a building. The insulating power of bricks enables them to keeps homes warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Clay bricks are a combination of purely natural elements including clay, sand, water, and air. No toxic substances are added to bricks during their formation as they are made entirely from inert materials that pose no health risk to humans. Clay bricks are free of volatile organic compound emissions, making them a healthy and non-polluting building material throughout their lifecycle.
