2018 11 07 lloyd 1280 1 w1280h960

Lloyd Spencer, Architect Associate at Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, will present at the forthcoming Brick Works event on Thursday 22nd November in Birmingham. The evening event will provide in-depth, contemporary case studies on some of the most notable clay brick architecture in the UK’s built environment.

Lloyd joined AHMM in 2012, having previously been an Associate at a London practice where he worked on a variety of large scale masterplans and housing schemes. Before this, he gained valuable experience on a number of public realm projects and a key office building fit out to the Palestra Building, which became TfL’s principal headquarters building.

Lloyd has worked on a number of AHMM’s key schemes, including Grand Union Centre, the St. John Bosco Masterplan and the international design competition for New Scotland Yard. Lloyd has most recently led the team to deliver the regeneration of Television Centre.

He became an Associate in 2014.

Lloyd will present the Television Centre in London. This Grade II listed site was the first purpose-built television studio in the country and is to be reinvented under a site-wide Masterplan regeneration as a new, fully mixed-use development. The vision is to reinvent Television Centre as an integral part of the local area. The Masterplan will open up the site to the public for the first time and connect it to the surrounding area.

To attend the Brick Works event and benefit from the professional insight of Lloyd Spencer, as well as key speakers Tom Jarman from FCBStudios, Daniel Mulligan from Glenn Howells and Mark Evans from Broadway Malyan, book your tickets today.
