About the project
Anglian Brickwork are a specialist contractor that has a culture which is to instill pride in each of our projects. The family business encourages an ethos which develops a workplace that promotes a team that will respect and safeguard one another, from senior supervisor to hod carrier. Furthering their personal ambitions and provide a hunger to do the best they are able. Personal pride is at the forefront of quality assurance, strive for excellence, even when nobody is watching. This is reflected in the commendations we receive from clients on a regular basis. With relevant workplace presentations the personal contact with the team lead by the senior supervisors promotes a safe working environment, regular Health and Safety visits are encouraged as we have little to fear and are always welcome advice. Our accident rate supports this ethos. Training and up-skilling never ceases with a constant production line of eager colleagues looking to better themselves. We have 25% of the workforce have been up-skilled "in-house" and surpass and attain NVQ 3 level in many facets, i.e. masonry, fitting fire cavity barriers, IPAF, heritage brickwork,telehandler operators certification.
We are qualified and have achieved a pass in SEATs [ Safety Environmental Awareness Training Scheme], and Climate Environmental Action Initiative, safeguarding the future for those that will follow us
