Morris Homes presented three sites that all made good use of the existing landscape and site features. Fulwood Park is situated alongside woodland which the development is planned to exploit. Worthington Park makes good use of an existing mill lodge and King Edward Park ensures that the mature landscape of an old hospital is retained. The judges were impressed by the site planning and attention to detail in the buildings, and were unanimous in nominating Morris Homes for the award.
