The three projects submitted by Countryside Properties are characterised by confident, pleasant detailing, good choice of brick and well executed designs that were appropriate to their settings. Sportscity’s six-storey blocks in Manchester were deemed good examples of their type; Regency Place in Bolton is a traditional high quality design, while the contemporary nature of the latest phase of South @ Didsbury Point harmoniously blended brick, render and timber.
